Returns
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns or returns of any kind on all bulk goods. Images used on this site are for demonstrative purposes only and in cases where exact colours/textures are required we suggest coming to our Belrose yard and confirming your product prior to placing your order. In the case of a truck arriving on site to make delivery, if the stock is sent back for a refund, you will be refunded the price of the goods but not the delivery charge. Once goods are tipped from our trucks there is no returning the goods as we have no method to return the goods to the truck.
In cases where goods are faulty or not a described we will arrange replacement or refund on a case by case basis. These terms do not supersede standard consumer rights.
Shipping/Delivery
Deliveries are offered in 2 methods by Landscape Supplies Online. One is using our own trucks to deliver bulk goods all over Sydney. This is called Four Seasons Delivery and rates can be found below. With this method you can request your delivery date and AM or PM preference (please note this in the notes section at checkout). Landscape Supplies Online/Four Seasons Nursery has complete control over the delivery and changes can be made at anytime to the products or delivery times. To get in touch regarding your delivery please call 02 9450 1606 and quote your invoice number found on your emailed receipt starting in 100_ _ _ _ _ _.
The second method is for smaller bags and dry goods up to 50kg. These deliveries are quoted by Shippit using a network of 3rd party couriers to give the fastest delivery at the cheapest price. Delivery charges marked 'Standard' are courier rates and are delivered by a 3rd party courier. Landscape Supplies Online does not control the timings of these deliveries. Once the goods have been booked in Shippit will send a tracking email with all the information related to the order. This is the best point of contact regarding your delivery.
