Delivery Information

Landscape Supplies Online offers delivery across much of Sydney and selected surrounding areas for a wide range of products including bulk landscape supplies, bagged products, turf and lawn care, firewood, irrigation, edging, and other garden supplies.

We deliver Monday to Saturday, with our first runs generally starting from around 7am.

When placing your order online, over the phone, or in store, please let us know about any important access details such as narrow driveways, low-hanging trees, steep access, or tight delivery areas. This helps us make sure your delivery goes smoothly and avoids delays or extra charges.

Delivery Pricing

Our standard delivery charges are based on one truck, one delivery, to one address.

  • Bulk deliveries can carry up to 6 tonnes / 8m³
  • Firewood deliveries can carry up to 3 tonnes per truck

If your order exceeds these amounts, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Please note: These are our standard delivery rates. Some larger, heavier, bulky, or difficult-access orders may require additional delivery charges.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturday, with our first deliveries generally starting from around 7am.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer delivery to most parts of Sydney and selected surrounding areas.

If your suburb or postcode does not appear at checkout or in our delivery list, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can assist.

How is delivery pricing calculated?

Our standard delivery pricing is based on one truck delivering to one address.

For larger orders, if your goods require more than one truck load, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Maximum load sizes:

  • Bulk Supplies: up to 6 tonnes / 8m³ per truck
  • Firewood: up to 3 tonnes per truck

How does Flat Rate Delivery work?

Eligible orders under 500kg may qualify for our $35 Flat Rate Delivery.

  • Orders must be under 500kg
  • Not available for items that require 2 people or more to unload
  • No bulk supplies
  • No time requests on these orders
  • Deliveries will be made within 5 days of ordering, when we are in the area
  • This is a kerbside delivery option only
  • No moving into place or taking goods around the back

If your order qualifies, this option will appear at checkout as Flat Rate Delivery.

What is the difference between Four Seasons Delivery and Standard?

Four Seasons Delivery is our own truck and driver service for local deliveries.

Standard refers to our courier delivery service for smaller items and selected freight orders. These are handled by a third-party courier and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Can I request a delivery time?

Yes, you can request a preferred delivery time and we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.

Our general delivery windows are:

  • First Drop (around 7am)
  • 7am – 9am
  • 9am – 12pm
  • 12pm – 4pm

Please note these are requested time windows only and cannot be guaranteed due to delivery volume, traffic, and route scheduling.

If you don’t need a specific time, you can simply request a delivery day.

Can I be contacted before delivery?

Yes, if requested, our team can call or message prior to arrival.

Please make sure the site is ready before delivery, including:

  • Clear access for the truck
  • Cars moved out of the way
  • Pets safely secured
  • Delivery area free from clutter or debris
How are bulk supplies delivered?

Bulk products are generally tipped from the truck onto your driveway or another area that our driver can safely access.

Can I choose where bulk supplies are tipped?

We’ll always do our best to place bulk materials where requested, however final placement is at the driver’s discretion based on safe truck access, site conditions, overhead clearance, and ground stability.

How are turf deliveries made?

Turf is generally hand stacked from the truck and left within 2 metres of access.

Larger turf orders may be delivered directly from the farm via forklift delivery.

Can I order bulk and bagged products together?

In many cases, yes. Depending on your order, we may be able to deliver mixed products together, however this depends on truck space, weight limits, and safe loading requirements.

Do you deliver firewood?

Yes, we deliver firewood across many areas. Firewood deliveries can carry up to 3 tonnes per truck.

Can I order online if I’m outside your local delivery area?

Yes, many smaller and lighter items can still be sent via courier.

At checkout, this option appears as Standard.

What courier companies do you use?

Our courier service may use providers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express, NXQ and Amerex.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on bulk landscape supplies, firewood, turf, sand, soil, mulch, gravel, decorative stone, or other tipped, perishable, or made-to-order products once they have been delivered or collected.

Returns on smaller bagged goods, dry goods, and accessories may be considered at our discretion if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within a reasonable timeframe.

If there is a problem with your order, such as damage, shortage, or an incorrect item supplied, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and assist where appropriate.

Can I return leftover bulk material or turf?

No, we do not accept returns on leftover bulk materials or turf.

Because these products are tipped, cut, perishable, and often ordered specifically for each job, we recommend allowing a little extra when ordering to account for settling, spread, waste, and site conditions.
