Specialist fertiliser for camellias, gardenias, azaleas, and other acid-loving plants
Kahoona is an organic-based, chemically boosted fertiliser designed to enhance both growth and flowering in acid-loving plants like camellias, gardenias, azaleas, and rhododendrons. Its higher potassium to nitrogen ratio helps improve flower development, while added iron and magnesium support rich green foliage and reduce seasonal yellowing. Manufactured in easy-to-apply pellets, each one contains a full spectrum of macro and micro nutrients, along with organic carbon to support even nutrient release and water retention. Kahoona is proudly endorsed by the Australian Rhododendron Society (SA Branch), the Camellia Society of WA, NSW Camellia Research Society, and Camellias Illawarra.

Application Rates
- Apply to moist soil around the drip line, avoiding foliage
- Water in well after application
- Apply after new season growth appears, then every 8–10 weeks from spring to autumn
- Use Seamungus in winter instead
- Established plants: 100g per plant
- Potted plants: 15g per 150mm pot, then 5g for every additional 25mm
- Planting: Apply Seamungus at 100g per plant
