BioGuano+ 1ltr

BioGuano+ is a concentrated liquid seabird guano fertiliser that is blended with potassium (K), sulphur (S), magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), seaweed, fulvic acid and trace elements. Its milling equipment grinds the guano down to 5 microns providing a relative density of 1.6 SG. BioGuano+ is an Australian Certified Organic "Certified Allowed Input No. 13250".

Guano is seabird droppings that are deposited on rocks and baked in the sun, where it matures into nature’s best fertiliser. BioGuano+ contains the essential nutrients required for all stages of plant growth in a simple, easy to use liquid form that improves soil quality at the same time, resulting in short and long-term benefits. The addition of kelp improves plant growth, flavour profiles, tolerance to abiotic/biotic stress and root/microbe interactions.

Benefits:

BioGuano+ contains calcium (Ca = 13.3%), phosphorus (P = 6.26%), potassium (K = 1.57%) and magnesium (Mg= 1.49%) as well as a host of other micronutrients. It is rich in fulvic acid, a small, highly charged molecule that chelates nutrients (metal ions) to provide increased ion exchange.

BioGuano+ mobilises phosphate that is tied up in the soil as calcium phosphate, iron phosphate or aluminium phosphate and frees it up for adsorption by the plant when silica is added. It is 100% compatible with all leading boom spray, tillage injection and fertigation equipment.

The addition of kelp provides a combination of both macronutrients, (N, P, and K) and micronutrients (Ca, Mg, S, Mn, Cu, Fe, and Zn). Kelp contains cytokinins, auxins, gibberellins, betaines, mannitol, organic acids, polysaccharides, amino acids, alginates, and proteins, all of which improve plant growth, flavour profiles, tolerance to abiotic and biotic stress and root microbe interactions.

Silicon availability in terrestrial soils (especially those used in intensive agriculture) is potentially declining due to effects of ecosystem management, and the yearly withdrawal by crop harvest (given that many crop plants are Si accumulators). BioGuano+ contains silicon, which can increase the rigidity of plant cell walls, strengthen branches to better support large fruits and flowers associated with modern plant genetics, and help facilitate bigger plants, faster growth, and protection against sap-sucking insects. Plants also express increased resistance to various pathogenic fungi such as grey mould and powdery mildew. Silicon is also used to stabilise and increase the dispersion rate of BioGuano+.

Healthy soil requires a predominance of its available colloid sites occupied by calcium, which varies depending on the soil type. Liquid BioGuano+ provides available nutrients in a beneficial ratio of Ca:Mg, which helps build the soil. Feed the soil and the soil feeds the crop. With the right amount of available calcium in the soil and around the root hairs, the uptake of other nutrients is improved.

Directions of Use:

Vegetative Plants - use 1.5ml/L
Flowering Plants - Use 3 ml/L

Shake well: Since settling may have occurred during transit, it is recommended that you shake the product well prior to use.

Mix with water: You will need to mix the BIOGUANO+ with fresh water. The recommended dosage is 1.5 ml per liter for the vegetative stage and 3 ml per liter for the flowering stage.

Agitate the solution: Once you have added the BIOGUANO+ to the water, it is recommended that you agitate the solution to ensure that the product is dispersed evenly.
